Welcome to Dominion Runway International LLC (“Dominion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dominion Runway International websites, programs, memberships, productions, events, educational offerings, applications, services, and related activities.
By accessing our website, submitting an application, registering for a program, purchasing a service, becoming a member, participating in an event, or otherwise engaging with Dominion Runway International, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
Eligibility
Participants must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Certain programs may have age requirements or require parental or legal guardian consent for minors.
Dominion reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or remove participation at its sole discretion.
Applications & Participation
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any Dominion program, production, showcase, event, membership, or opportunity.
Participation opportunities are subject to review, approval, availability, eligibility requirements, and compliance with Dominion policies.
Dominion reserves the right to modify, suspend, decline, or discontinue participation opportunities at any time.

Participation is not confirmed until all required agreements and fees have been completed and accepted by Dominion.
House Model, Beauty Team & Media House Participation
Participants within Dominion’s House Model Program, Beauty Team Program, Media House Program, educational initiatives, and related opportunities must comply with all program requirements, professional standards, schedules, deadlines, and communications.
Dominion reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of program standards, conduct expectations, or operational requirements.
Payment Terms
Participants agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their participation, membership, sponsorship, registration, educational program, or event.
Payment obligations remain the responsibility of the participant regardless of participation level or usage of benefits.
Failure to satisfy payment obligations may result in suspension, removal, loss of privileges, cancellation of participation, or denial of future opportunities.
Production Processing Fees
Production Processing Fees support onboarding, administrative processing, scheduling, credentialing, production planning, staffing, and event preparation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Production Processing Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment of a Production Processing Fee does not guarantee selection, placement, publication, sponsorship, compensation, or future opportunities beyond those expressly provided.
Payment Plans
Dominion may offer installment payment options for certain programs, showcases, memberships, sponsorships, or services.
All installment plans must be paid in full no later than the deadline established by Dominion, which may include payment in full at least thirty (30) days prior to an event or showcase.
Administrative fees may apply to certain extended payment arrangements.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in forfeiture of participation privileges.
Memberships
Memberships, including Dominion International Fashion Council (DIFC) memberships, are subject to applicable membership requirements, benefits, policies, and renewal procedures.
Membership benefits may change from time to time.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Sponsorships
Sponsorships, Founders Circle contributions, advertising opportunities, and promotional placements are subject to separate agreements when applicable.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
Media Release
Participants acknowledge that Dominion events, productions, programs, meetings, workshops, educational sessions, and related activities may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.
By participating, individuals grant Dominion Runway International the right to use photographs, video, audio recordings, names, likenesses, testimonials, and related materials for promotional, marketing, educational, editorial, archival, and business purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All Dominion trademarks, logos, branding, website content, educational materials, graphics, publications, videos, photography, marketing materials, and proprietary resources remain the property of Dominion Runway International or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and respectful interactions.
Dominion reserves the right to suspend, remove, or deny participation to individuals whose conduct may negatively impact participants, staff, sponsors, partners, attendees, or the Dominion brand.

Third-Party Services
Dominion may utilize third-party providers including:
Dominion is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, or services of third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominion Runway International, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in any program, event, membership, showcase, educational initiative, or service.
Participants assume responsibility for their own decisions, travel arrangements, business activities, and participation.
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominion Runway International, its affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, sponsors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation, violation of these Terms, or misuse of Dominion services.
Force Majeure
Dominion shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, venue issues, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Dominion Runway International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Dominion services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
