Dominion Runway International LLC (“Dominion”) is committed to providing professional fashion industry opportunities, educational programming, membership experiences, and event participation opportunities. By submitting payment to Dominion Runway International, participants acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
General Policy
All payments made to Dominion Runway International are subject to the terms outlined within this policy and any applicable agreements, contracts, registrations, sponsorship commitments, membership enrollments, or event documentation.
Participants are encouraged to carefully review all program details, payment obligations, deadlines, and participation requirements prior to submitting payment.
Production Processing Fees
All Production Processing Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Production Processing Fees support:
Because these services begin immediately upon acceptance and payment, Production Processing Fees cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
Payment of a Production Processing Fee secures participation consideration and initiates onboarding and production preparation activities.
Designer Showcase Packages
Participation in Dominion showcases may require the execution of a Participation Agreement and selection of a package tier.
Examples may include:
Package balances remain subject to the terms outlined within the participant’s signed agreement.
Failure to participate, withdraw, attend, travel, exhibit, or complete participation requirements does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
All remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and no later than the deadlines established by Dominion.
Payment Plans & Installments
Dominion may offer installment payment options for qualified participants.
Participants remain responsible for the full contract amount regardless of whether payments are made in full or through an approved installment arrangement.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in:
Administrative Payment Plan Fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once established.
Model Development Programs & Educational Experiences
Registrations for:

If Dominion elects to reschedule a program, participants may be offered:
Such accommodations remain at Dominion’s sole discretion.
Dominion International Fashion Council (DIFC)
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership benefits become available immediately upon enrollment and may include:
Membership cancellations may be requested at any time; however, previously paid membership fees will not be refunded.
House Model Program, Beauty Team Program & Media House Program
Participation within Dominion’s House Model Program, Beauty Team Program, Media House Program, Ambassador Programs, Leadership Programs, and related initiatives does not guarantee compensation, assignments, travel opportunities, placements, sponsorships, or future participation opportunities.
Fees associated with optional educational programming, training programs, workshops, or special initiatives are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Sponsorships & Founders Circle Contributions
All sponsorships, advertising placements, promotional opportunities, and Founders Circle contributions are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of sponsorship funds, Dominion may immediately begin:

Event Tickets & Special Experiences
Unless otherwise stated in writing, event tickets, registrations, destination experiences, networking events, receptions, and special experiences are non-refundable.
If Dominion reschedules an event, ticket holders may be offered:
International Experiences & Destination Programs
Participants in international showcases, destination experiences, educational travel programs, hospitality experiences, and related activities are responsible for their own:
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Dominion is not responsible for losses arising from:
Event Modifications
Dominion reserves the right to modify:
Such modifications do not automatically create eligibility for refunds or compensation.
Force Majeure
Dominion shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, delays, interruptions, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
